Old, run down hotel with average service that draws below average clientele. Did not enjoy my stay, will not return. No fan in the bathroom, no water bottles in the room, last tissue in the box to save my life, crooked lamp shades… I can keep going but Ima stop there.
Btw parking is $10 per night. I’d stay across the street at the much newer and shinier Hilton, where it was a better experience before.
Room was larger than we expected and comfortable for 4 adults. Large lobby, ample parking. Flexibility in booking process when we canceled our first room and rebooked a larger room at a reasonable price.

I've stayed at many different IHG hotels in the Portland area, and in my opinion this is the best of the bunch. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, quiet and cozy. Nice staff, and a decent restaurant/bar downstairs. Always stay here when the pricing is within my company guidelines ($150 max)
